All locations of Guide and Grow are under agreement with the City of Ottawa for the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) Program, a system designed by the Federal Government to reduce fees for eligible families. The system aims to reduce the cost of child care to an average of $10 per day for eligible families by 2026. Starting January 1, 2025, fees for eligible families participating in CWELCC programs are a maximum of $22 per day.
