Guide and Grow Daycare Centre Inc. was founded by Madiha Nasri, a Computer Engineer turned Childcare Provider. Recognizing the need for quality STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs for young children, Madiha designed a curriculum that integrates engineering principles into early childhood education. This approach encourages children to explore their surroundings, fostering curiosity and imagination.
At Guide and Grow, Madiha’s ideology is reflected through a curriculum that encourages exploration, imagination, and learning through interactive play. She fosters a growth mindset in children, where they can experiment, make mistakes, and learn through trial and error. Her approach aims to help children build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Jennifer Yendall serves as the Managing Director at Guide and Grow Daycare Centre. In this role, she oversees daily operations, ensuring the centers provide a nurturing and educational environment for the children. Her dedication is evident in her contributions to the daycare’s development and success. Her unwavering support and teamwork is highly recognized by Madiha and her team, highlighting that the daycare’s achievements are a result of their combined efforts.
Jennifer’s commitment to early childhood education and her collaborative spirit have been instrumental in creating a positive and enriching experience for the children and families at Guide and Grow Daycare Centre. She works to foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and mutual support among her staff. She serves as the point of contact for parents, addressing their concerns, and creating a positive relationship between the daycare and families.
Parminder is the Team Lead and Supervisor of the Toddler Program at Guide and Grow Daycare Centre, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for early childhood education. With a background as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in New Zealand, Parminder has gained valuable international experience in creating nurturing and stimulating learning environments. Her diverse experience allows her to bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to child development.
As Team Lead, Parminder supervises and supports a dedicated team of educators, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and resources needed to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences for the children. She fosters a collaborative atmosphere where communication is open, and everyone works together to promote the well-being and growth of each child.
